The History of medicine teaches that it usually takes a good two generations before innovative and efficient medical science is recognized and replaces mainstream dogma.
Because the State tends to protect and promote more dogmas and vested special interests than truthful Science and the People's public health, integrative physicians and holistic health-care practitioners are too often victimized by the system and uneducated parties.
Therefore, holistic medicine practitioners need the best protection information and legal instruments available on how to deal with the Administration, the Court system and individual plaintiffs.
To contribute in this physician protection mission as well as to help patients to better know their medical rights is our mandate.
