Medically, he was trained at the Pierre and Marie Curie Faculty of Medicine in Paris, "Asmaf" acupuncture school in Paris, Cnam institute on nutrition (Paris), naturopathy and oncology in different institutes, schools and symposia in France and the United States. In law, he was trained at the Bordeaux law school in France, the International institute of human rights in Strasbourg, public international law at the Hague academy and other universities and centers.

Of Jewish descent, he has embraced multiple complementary cultures and has essentially lived in Europe, Israel and the United States.
